peering down Central Avenue.
Above tree was planted in 1992 and commemorates the Holocaust, but also any victim of the Nazi state. The tree was planted in 1992 when I was still a student at Drew University and I'm pleased to see the tree still growing strong 20+ years later in 2014.
The College of St. Elizabeth's is a convent for nuns as well as a regular college and apparently also an academy. The train station nearby is called 'Convent Station' it features some beautiful buildings pictured above.
Drew University in Madison, NJ has a beautiful campus. Facing Madison Avenue, the equestrian statue of Francis Asbury commands the lawn in front of Mead Hall. One of the first two bishops of the Methodist Church, his presence at Drew University harkens to Drew University's Methodist roots.
